Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions can increase your costs. If you have only one vegan in the family, you may have to cook separate dishes just for them. To reduce your cooking costs, ask guests with dietary restrictions to bring at least a main dish they can eat. That way you’re only responsible for providing a side dish and/or dessert.
